🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time:

  • Domestic (India): 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (may vary by location)

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions and limited occasions.

🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • You provide photo evidence of the issue and your order ID.

What we don’t accept:

  • Size-based returns (please check the size chart carefully).

  • Return requests beyond the 7-day window.

  • Worn or washed items.

Process:

  1. Email care@sarvivl.com with your issue.

  2. Attach a clear photo of the product and packaging.

  3. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

🧾 Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After that, the order enters production and can no longer be modified.
